I am a senior at Ashland University. I will be graduating in December, 2015. Through college thus far I have maintained a 3.6 GPA. I am a Spanish major, International Business minor, and Global Studies minor. I will be graduating with my Bachelor of Arts degree in two and a half years. I graduated from Chardon High School in 2013 with honors and a 3.9 GPA.
Experience
I earned a score of 30 on the ACT. I have been on the Dean's List every semester that I have been a student and I am a member of the Spanish Club as well as the Foreign Language Honor Society, Phi Sigma Iota. I want to be a tutor because I know I will be able to help others. I have over 5 years of experience working with people of all ages, children and adults, as a Karate instructor. I am able to communicate well with people of all ages and I also have the ability to speak Spanish with a student who may be working on learning English. I am very flexible with the way I help each individual student. Because every student learns differently, it is important to figure out which way an individual works best. I am very attentive to each student's need and learn how to work with them so they will get the most they can out of what I am trying to help them with.
